Egg salad recipes are possibly one of the easiest salads to make. Not only can it be served as is, but it can also be used as a sandwich filling.</p>

<p> CHUNKY EGG SALAD<br /> serves 4</p>
<p> 1/4 cup mayonnaise<br /> 1 Big spoon cider vinegar<br /> 1 teaspoon salt<br /> 1/4 cup minced onion<br /> 1/2 teaspoon Worchestershire sauce or<br /> 1 spoon of prepared mustard<br /> 1/4 spoon ground white pepper<br /> 6 hard-cooked eggs<br /> 1 cup thin cut celery<br /> 2 Large spoons minced green pepper or green burger relish<br /> sliced tomatoes or green hamburger relish<br /> sliced tomatoes or whole a medium bowl, stir mayonnaise and next five ingredients till well mixed. Cut eggs into chunks or dice, as you favor. Add eggs, celery, add green pepper or relish to mayonnaise mix. Mix well. Cover and refrigerate till well chilled. </p>
<p> To Serve : Spoon mixture on tomato slices or into full tomato. If using entire tomato, either cut off top and spoon out some of the middle, set on shredded lettuce and loosely fill with egg salad, or cut tomato into eight wedges but do not cut all the way down, so the tomato wedges will stay connected. </p>
<p> Garden Egg Salad Bowl<br /> Makes 4 servings</p>
<p> 6 tbsp. mayonnaise<br /> 1 tsp. Prepared mustard<br /> 1/4 tsp. lemon pepper seasoning<br /> 1/8 tsp. salt<br /> 1/2 cup frozen peas, thawed<br /> 1/2 cup thinly sliced cauliflower<br /> 1/2 cup cut celery<br /> 1/2 cup quartered and sliced zucchini<br /> 2 tsp. dried chives<br /> 3 hard boiled eggs, coarsely chopped<br /> Spinach leaves<br /> Paprika<br /> 4 oz. cut julienne Swiss cheese<br /> Tomato wedges<br /> Pimiento-stuffed olives</p>
<p> In a medium bowl, stir together mayo, mustard, lemon-pepper seasoning and salt. Stir in peas, cauliflower, mushrooms, celery, zucchini and chives. Delicately mix in eggs.</p>
<p> Line salad bowls with spinach. Spoon in egg salad. Spatter with paprika. Garnish with Swiss cheese, tomato and olives.</p>
<p> Note : If desired, egg salad can be spooned into a tomato cup and placed on a bed of spinach.</p>

<p> 2 oranges (juice only)<br /> 1 Ground Peppercorns (black)<br /> 2 onions (chopped and peeled)<br /> 3 tablespoons of olive oil<br /> 750 ml of chicken stock<br /> 10 cloves of garlic (halved)<br /> 8 parsnips (either fresh or pre-roasted)<br /> 1 teaspoon of salt</p>
<p> Technique:</p>
<p> Heat oil in a pan. Place onions and cook until soft. Let 10 minutes pass and then place garlic cloves and the roasted parsnips. Leave some of the parsnips to be added later.</p>
<p> Fry vegetables until they are soft for 10 to 15 minutes. Stir occasionally while adding the parsnips (should be pre-roasted).</p>

Since I drink tea without any ingredients, I thought it was unusual to see customers add salt and pepper to thier tea. Now I know there are many ways to use tea, especially in cooking.</p>
<p>Here is a very popular Chinese appetizer that is easy to make. It&#8217;s a good snack any time of the day. Put 6 eggs in water and bring it to boiled. After the water boiled, reduce heat and simmer eggs for 10 minutes. In another pan, use 4 servings of your favorite black tea and 3 cups of water. Brew the tea as usual and discard the tea leaves. Flavor the tea with 2 tablespoons of soy sauce. Once the eggs are cooked, roll them on the counter to crack the egg shells. Do not remove the egg shells yet. Continue to simmer the eggs in hot water for 10 minutes. Let the eggs cool off and refrigerated for 8 hours or overnight. Eggs can now be serve, hot or cold.</p>
<p>You can use a Deviled Egg recipe with the egg yolks or try this recipe using crab meat.  It is another variation to adding flavors to egg yolk. Cut eggs in halves and separate the egg yolks. With the egg yolks, add 6 ounces of crab meat and 6 tablespoons of mayonnaise. Add pieces of pickled ginger, half teaspoon of rice wine vinegar, salt and pepper to flavor it. Add a teaspoon of the crab meat on the egg halves. Garnish with parsley.</p>
<p>This gave us an idea to color Easter eggs. As a matter of fact, my daughter used this same technique to color Easter Eggs. By using food die, we made many marbleized eggs during Easter.</p>
